This was such a fun experience! It is small place – for 14 people only. You sit around the kitchen and see the magic happen. The chef welcomes you, he and his staff working right in front of you, bring out the courses and talk about them, answer questions. Everyone is very nice and free, not pretentious. The food is amazing. I did not care for one dish out of 9. My favorite was foie gras, it was like bomb of flavors exploded in my mouth, in a good sense.
I took one star off for 2 things:
1. We didn’t not go for wine pairing. The sommelier was visibly disappointed, helped to pick a glass of wine. When I finished my glass, he did not notice, i have waited. I had ask staff member to ask him to come to approach. Had to wait again.
2. Since you are sitting around the kitchen and they grill, it gets smoky. Not sure if it can be helped… Just weat something you can throw in the laundry.

Nice and new experience like making a painting of the dishes. Relax vibe. Plates matching so well to the dishes! Fermented banana desert is my favorite! Only indoor ventilation is slightly restricted and a bite of nut has gone bad. Others beyond the expectation!

A truly wonderful dining experience, featuring beautifully interactive presentations by the chefs that make each course unforgettable. Most dishes were excellent, and the wine pairing was exceptional—the sweet wine served with the foie gras was particularly impressive and perfectly matched. Plan for the full tasting menu to take around three hours.
There were only two minor drawbacks: I received quite a bit of smoke from the open kitchen, and there’s no restroom inside the restaurant, requiring a short walk to another part of the building.
Overall, it’s a highly enjoyable and uniquely memorable culinary experience.

From the very first bite, every dish felt like an explosion of flavour, the kind of experience where each element is so intentionally crafted that it truly stays with you. The tasting menu unfolded like a story, and every course was introduced with care: how it was prepared, where the ingredients came from, and why each flavour was paired together.
This made the entire evening deeply interactive, not just a meal, but a connection with the chefs and their creative process. Watching the dishes come to life right in front of you added a layer of intimacy and excitement you don’t find in most fine-dining spots.
The balance between technique, presentation, and taste was exceptional. Every plate was expressive, surprising, and beautifully executed. The atmosphere was warm, the team incredibly welcoming, and the whole night felt personal.

This wasn’t just a meal, it was an entire experience. We had a fantastic time! The whole experience takes about 3-4 hours. Each course is prepared in front of you, so you feel really immersed. The food was excellent, and each dish told a story. Many of the dishes also had caviar on them, so we felt extra spoiled! So yummy. Also, best banana dessert I’ve ever had. This is definitely a special occasion restaurant, but worth it.
